About Us
Origin Technical Business Services was established in 2001 by Simon Matthews as a spin off from British Gas contractor, Thomas Bermingham. The company initially focused on providing back office works management systems for the utilities sector, securing business with industry leaders such as Balfour Beatty.
In 2002 Origin became part of the Fusion Group of companies, the Chesterfield based, multi-national supplier of utility products and services. Always with the goal of delivering maximum cost effective benefit to clients, the company began developing software services that would enable the removal of paperwork and facilitate the efficient management of remote workers. Excellent customer service has resulted in a satisfied and loyal customer base that continues to grow.
Today Origin provides works management systems, mobile working, data hosting and analysis services to some of the UK's leading companies.
