What does it include?
Photos, signatures and grid references are all included. Completed audits are converted automatically to pdf format, removing unnecessary administration involved in typing up reports. Reports can be automatically forwarded to the relevant stakeholders on any exception basis or as standard procedure. Raw data is also stored and available for exception reporting and analysis whilst export to Excel is available as standard.
How do I access my reports?
All reports and data are stored on our secure server and are accessible via any pc with internet access. Alternatively we will export the data to your in house system at weekly or monthly scheduled intervals. With no need for paper your carbon footprint will be dramatically reduced.
What does it cost?
There is zero capital outlay required to implement iAudit. All hardware and software is provided on a monthly lease so you can move to a cost effective, efficient, mobile way of working with minimal impact on your cash flow.
